Dr. Bohdan Vykhor
Director, Fincordtech Management & Finance
Dr. Bohdan Vykhor is a senior executive, strategic advisor, and team leader with over 15 years of experience in managing complex infrastructure, environmental, and development programmes across public, private, and non-profit sectors.
He serves as Director of Fincordtech Management & Finance, where he leads strategic planning, investment structuring, sustainability and innovation, and implementation of energy and infrastructure projects, working closely with international financial institutions, investors, governments, and corporate partners.
Prior to joining Fincordtech, Dr. Vykhor served as Chief Executive Officer of WWF-Ukraine (2021–2025), where he led one of the country’s most influential national offices during wartime, overseeing strategic operations, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships with international organisations including the EU, USAID, SIDA and global corporations. His leadership focused on environmental security, sustainable infrastructure, green transformation, and post-war recovery initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at WWF-Central and Eastern Europe, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and major industrial enterprises, gaining extensive experience in project management, regulatory engagement, ESG integration, and infrastructure development.
Bogdan Vykhor holds a PhD in Ecology and has completed executive leadership programmes at Harvard University and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. He is fluent in Ukrainian and English and actively contributes to national and international advisory boards on sustainable development.
